Final task in a system preparation; performs clean-up and packaging

Single-valued attributes:

  * ``artifacts``: Stem of the artifacts tarball name and the subdirectory within it; build-intermediate files are swept into {artifacts}.tar.gz under {artifacts}/ when cleanup is True (default: artifacts)

  * ``cleanup``: Specifies whether or not to clean up temporary files (default: True)

  * ``basename``: Desired basename for final output files (default: my_system)

  * ``chainmapfile``: Desired name of the file describing all chain mapping (default: chainmap.yaml)

  * ``statefile``: Desired name of the file describing the current state
