Validate a residue measure in the system

Single-valued attributes:

  * ``name``: User-selected name of this residue test

  * ``selection``: VMD atomselection string defining the selection to be tested

  * ``measure``: Measure to apply to the selection; atom_count or residue_count

  * ``relation``: binary relational operator to relate measured value and expected value (defaults to ==)

  * ``value``: Expected value for the measure
