pestifer.resources package

Resources package for Pestifer. Included are the following:

• charmmff: All CHARMM force field files, including topology and parameter files, as well as patches and other auxiliary files.

• examples: Provides example files for testing and demonstration purposes; see Examples.

• tcl: Contains Tcl scripts and custom packages used by the Pestifer framework; see TcL Scripts and Packages.

The ycleptic configuration schema (base.yaml) lives in pestifer.schema, not here.
