attribute_test¶
This test validates a selection of atoms in the system. It checks that the attributes of the selected atoms matches the expected value.
Single-valued attributes:
name: User-selected name of this selection test
selection: VMD atomselection string defining the selection to be tested
attribute: The VMD atom attribute to query
value: The expected value for the attribute
value_count: The expected number of atoms matching the attribute (will default to 1)
