Validate a residue measure in the system
Single-valued attributes:
name: User-selected name of this residue test
selection: VMD atomselection string defining the selection to be tested
measure: Measure to apply to the selection; atom_count or residue_count
relation: binary relational operator to relate measured value and expected value (defaults to ==)
value: Expected value for the measure
